Seems to do the job

I bought this element for my Neff oven. It arrived very quickly. It was very straightforward to replace - a few screws and 10 mins to do. It seems to do the job though I haven't baked a cake yet so I'll know then how even the heat is! The quality looks fine and hopefully it'll last well.

Better than cheaper version

I've bought a couple of elements for my neff oven . This one is the more expensive version , and it's definitely better quality and better fit. I'd recommend .

Great service and superb product

Bought this element to fix the oven. Old element repeatedly tripped the house electrics when you turned the oven on. Came super quick, great packaging and the best bit was the text message on the delivery day to tell me the hour it was going to be delivered and options if I wasn't in. Really easy to install and works a treat, in fact it seems a bit better than the original! Many thanks from one very happy customer.

great product and service

Ransom were very useful on the telephone, guiding me to the correct product and explaining certain differences. Easy to fit (following their video!) and seems to work fine. Price much cheaper than going to manufacturer... thanks

Very pleased

Ordered on Friday, arrived on Monday and fitted in less than 20 mins. Whilst I obviously am unable to comment on how long the replacement element will last all, indications show this to be an excellent product.

Exact replacement ,1/3 the cost

There is always a little concern when ordering parts on line. No qualms with this company. The element was easy to find on the web site and was an exact replacement for the Neff original, (at around 1/3 of the original equipment price). Can't say how long it will last of course, but if it does more than a couple of years I will be pleased.It arrived within a few days, and I am well satisfied with the service.

Piece Of Cake

This oven element arrived in a few days of ordering. Fitting was a piece of cake and took me around five minutes. The element seems to be of good quality and is now working away fine in my oven. The last time my element 'popped' I had an local electrician fit a new one that lasted eighteen months at a cost of £98

Excellent Product and So Simple to Fit

I was pleasantly surprised to find a website that not only offered a large selection of parts but also had a very simple video of how to fit the element. I ordered the part which came extremely speedily and photographed the area as instructed in the video. The installation was so simple and my fan oven works perfectly. Phoned order in and received it the next day, easily fitted, so the oven was out of commission for less than 24 hours. Wife very pleased so everyone happy!
