Nice part, easy to fit

Bought 2 of these recently, ordered one and later same day got a call from another customer with the same problem - both ovens fitted part within 15 mins (including time taken to clear shelves out of way, avoid being licked by dog! and putting it all back together). well worth buying this part if you have an oven it fits

Neff Oven Element Crisis!

Fantastic service - bought following YouTube search as to how to fit the element versus paying for call out and fitting etc. Ransom's how to video was very informative and prompted the purchase from their site. My son fitted the element whilst we were on holiday and advised it was very straight forward. Thanks again for great information and service!

Good quality element & simple to fit

Although I had to wait a few days for the cooker element to arrive, it was good quality and very easy to fit into the cooker.

Oven elements - cheaper than a specialist fit

I previously purchased a much cheaper element compatible with my NEFF oven from Ransom and it lasted a year. This time I have returned due to their efficient service and bought the more expensive alternative which hopefully will last longer. It does appear a better manufactured product. Warning as to ease of fitment - unless you possess a TX20 type driver you cannot release the old element or refit the new - Philips or similar do not work. Pity Ransom does not advise and supply this tool.

Good item, Good price

Item received promptly and well packaged. Slightly different from original in that it had no earth terminal. After querying with helpline I was told it was no longer necessary. Easy to protect the old connector with insulating tape and stow out of harms way. No problems fitting replacement element and has worked fine for a month now.

Good product, good price. Easy to fit, but be certain to insulate oven earth connector as this element does not have one. Recently installed so don't know how long it will last; Hoping it is longer than the year that the previous lasted, that I purchased from another supplier.
