Good Product
Having used [ Ransom Spares ] in the past, I was aware that the company had a good reputation, for Items purchased on line. Although the purchased Item I received was of good quality, the over all packaging was " very poor. " The ordered part in question, was a [ Single Oven - Heating Element ] which was packaged in a empty cardboard box without any additional padding to either support the Element, or to prevent this part from moving around whilst in transit, and simply closed and sealed with a single piece of clear " sellotape, " which was completely inadequate for this type of Packaging. On this basis alone, and although the Part was fine and managed to arrive undamaged, I found that this is type of packaging is totally unacceptable, when you consider the effort other companies make in order to reassure that you receive parts just purchased, without any damage. As mentioned above, and on this basis alone, in future I would consider useing another Company in order to replace this type of delicate Part.

Quick and easy
The video on the website gave me the confidence to attempt to fit this part myself. The oven is heating up quicker than ever and I was really impressed with how fast the product was delivered.

Fair value
Element works well, but only lasts 2 years. Would happily pay more for greater life. Very easy to fit. Appreciate good value of product.

easy to fit
I was having problems with our Neff cooker cutting out and I looked on the net discovered what causes the problem sauced a couple of places sold the parts and chose Ransom because they seemed the better , I chose right, good price good sevice.

Fan oven element
Looked part up on the Ransome web site, rverything i needed was there, ordered 4.30 Sunday arrived first thing Tues , fitted in 20 mins, ordered the most expensive one but still only £24 plus carriage but saved £450 for a new oven, so well done Ransome great product & service , no hesitation to use them again, already recommended them to friends.

Perfect fit
Element came on time went for the more expensive branded unit, time will tell if it was worth it but it fitted perfectly it was then I found out the temperature limit stat had also blown ordrered the part which was different from the original but after a phone call was advised it was correct, fitted it and everything works. Happy Customer.

New element for Neff fan oven
Purchased the deluxe and more expensive option to replace the blown element in my Neff double oven (main oven). Website made ordering very straight forward and part delivered within 48 hours. Was advised a delivery slot on the day which worked well. Arrived on time and well packed. Slightly fiddly to fit but you tube tutorial showed how to do it. Been working fine since fitted. So happy customer!

Good product, easy to fit
Bought this product to replace my blown part on my Neff oven. Paid extra for this one compared to the generic branded one but not sure there is a difference - I'll probably never know. When fitting from within oven the cases came off before I could note them so not ideal. I ended up taking the oven out and back off to find the missing cables. To be honest it would have been easier to do this replacement with the back off too - connecting cables a lot easier from back once element is in place. One thing that got me which is worth looking out for is my Neff oven does not come on until the clock is set. This made me think I had not fitted the element properly so worth looking out for this when fitting yours. Once I used this element for first time it worked like a dream and no burning in smell for first few times - which I kind of expected but did not happen.

Having purchased a replacement fan element it arrived on the promised day of delivery and was a straight forward job to renew. Great service with good quality product.

Neff fan oven replacement element
The online video Ransom supplies showed exactly how to remove and refit the element. The element looks good quality, fitted 100% as per the old one. Job took about 10 minutes and the oven was back working. Delivery was good. Ordered Sunday and it arrived Wednesday. Packing could have done with a little protection around the element as it was just loose in the box but no damage. Cant comment on how long it lasts as its only been fiited for a week but its listed online as a good quality reliable one that should last hence I choose this one.

Good for Sunday roasts
Bought this as an alternative to cheaper product which I have had to replace three times over the last ten years. Hoping this one will last longer. Relatively easy to fix. Just one fixing point on the loop as opposed to the usual two but seems secure enough. Terminals obviously a fraction of a mill thicker so needed a bit of persuasion to connect cables. Oven working nicely and Sunday roasts are back.
