Perfect fix for dryer not heating up
Tumble dryer heater repair. Our tumble dryer had overheated and blown a safety cut out sensor located on the heater element assembly. I replaced the whole heater element which was a five minute fix, really easy to do and the part supplied was a perfect match. Good quality, quick delivery, well packaged, reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this spares company again.

Broken tumble dryer given new lease of life
Whenever white goods have faulty parts I always go to Ransom spares for the solution. I easily found the part I needed on the website, ordered it and received it very quickly. This part in particular was straightforward to fit just slotting into the door. The part is robust and is a direct replacement.

Excellent and valuable service
Very happy to see companies like Ransom Spares with their "try mending it first" mentality, not just for cost but also to reduce the waste in our world. Part was reasonably easy to fit (it was my first foray into domestic appliance maintenance!) Internet videos certainly help in this respect. The job did take a while to complete, but that may have been as much about my insistence on cleaning everything as I went :) The dryer fired up a dream with the new belt and has breathed new life into what was still a good machine (Electrolux Zanussi model) after 14 years in use!
