Corroded screws made removal of old one very difficult. Replaced old screws with stainless steel, don't understand why manufacturer cannot do the same for vulnerable areas.

A great little part with lots of heat

The last time I bought an oven element for my NEFF, it was a cheap product. It only lasted for about 18 months, but for an extra £6, this time I bought the EGO version. Lets see if this one lasts longer than 18months. I've used Ransome's on a number of occasions and the supply & delivery has been excellent.

Great value replacement element

Fast next day service and at a bery reasonable price...cooker was back in first class order within an hour. Madame got a clean oven into the bargain and I got browny points. What's not to like!

Great product

This is the second replacement element I have fitted to my Neff oven and it has extended the life of cooker by years. It was so easy to find the right part and to fit it following the video on the site. Only thing I had a problem was was the 'spade connector' but I called the order line and someone talked me through it. Excellent service and all for a brilliant price!

Easy to fit.

After doing the usual trawling around trying to find the appropriate spare for my oven, I settled on the EGO as it seemed middle of the road regarding price and also read some good reviews! It arrived quickly, and certainly looks and feels to be OEM quality, and fitted without any issues at all. It woks fine - long may that continue!

Good fit and seems good quality

I purchased this rather than the the very cheap universal model I used last time. The previous replacement only lasted 24 months with little use compared to the original which lasted 10 years. Time will tell if it was worth paying the little extra but certainly the built quality appears better on this than the replaced model.

Great price

Cheapest price I could find, rapid delivery securely wrapped. Would use again. I know it's easy to fit, but not fitted yet as after purchase I found it was the oven bulb that was faulty. But will eventually use product
