Latest Neff Spares Reviews
By David Wingate - Witney
I wasn't happy with reviews on other websites for similar products. I've used RansomeSpares before for cooker parts and was happy with their price for this cooker bulb. It arrived within 48 hours of ordering, well packaged, and considering it comes with a fit/removal tool it's excellent value for money. The glass lens feels solid (as it should do), and fitted perfectly (again as it should do). I would recommend both the product and RansomeSpares without hesitation. Thanks, Dave.
Cheap, lasted over 2 years
By Ellis Pritchard - Alton
Apart from difficulty detaching the rear lining of the oven (had to drill a screw out, not the part's fault), this was easy to fit, referencing the very good fitting video on this site. The part has just failed, after 2 years, 3 months service, in an oven where we only really use the fan setting. I expect all the bread-making during lockdown has finished it off! Would I be a fool to try the more expensive Ego part, in the hope it lasts three times longer for three times the price?

Fantastic service. web site very easy to navigate. Ordered parts for my lawnmower, received an email confirming my order details immediately. Two days later received another email saying my parts had been dispatched. The following day my parts arrived and I was able to track my delivery. Will definitely order parts from ransomspares.co.uk again can’t praise them enough. Excellent well done
New lawnmower not needed
By Frank Cundy - Tadley
The old broken handle was difficult to get off, and in the end I had to cut it and prise it off. Once off, the new handle was easy to fit. Lawnmower now works perfectly and has saved me buying a new one.
Cheap and simple replacement, hand-held all the way
By John Ross - Midlothian
OK, you have to know that it's the element that has blown (usually hidden away, and not visibly different) and you need to be able to get the old one out.. But, with relatively little poking around on the internet I had the Ransom's site open and clearly the most unambiguous parts site among those that I looked at.. and a price - nine quid or so (!) - that had me triple-checking that all aspects of size and spec were actually right. The ordered part came quickly, adquately packaged, and then it was a matter of removing the dud in the oven. It's a bit inaccessible, the torx bolts presume that you have the right tools (or it's game over), and the factory settings mean that they're in tight. The electrical spade connectors don't come out a long way and I was in some fear that they'd recoil into the inaccessible depths of the oven internals. But they didn't; and I had the new part sized, checked with a multimeter (yes, good to have one of those already too), and ready to commit to the swap. The Ransom's 'how to..' youtube video had me sorted in minutes. Mrs Wife had the pleasure of switching it all on afterwards, and I was Best in Show for the rest of the week. End-to-end service, not a flaw. A shining DiY repair-man moment, for buttons cost. Am almost tempted to buy another reserve part now, just in case.. Very happy customer. Thanks guys.
