Great Product, Simple to Fit, Excellent Service
When my oven element broke in the middle of the Coronavirus lockdown, I panicked slightly. Anyway, I did a little research on google, spoke to a friend and decided to order one and try to fit it!! It arrived the next day, as requested. Being scared of fixing or messing about with anything electrical, I was very nervous so I turned the electric supply off from the mains, just to be sure. Anyway, it was so very easy and straightforward to fit. Would definitely use this company again.

Easy to fit. Good Video. Works perfectly.
Easy to find the correct product (using the P.N.C Number), and an upgraged/change in part number was even identified for my cooker. I used to FAQ section again, which proved to be beneficial. Relatively easy to fit, taking care not to let the cables slip back into the cooker body (I took that advice from a video on YouTube), four screws for the casing, two cables to slip off the old one and then slip on the new, refit the casing, and its done. The item took two days to arrive (even in these Covid-19 times). Overall, Excellent. I'll be back.

Simple to use, easy to fit.
This product arrived in good time, considering being in lockdown, and was exactly the correct part for my oven. Using the video provided by RansomSpares also meant that it was a simple job to replace the previously burnt out one and fix in this new one without any problems at all. Thank you. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to mend an oven.

Fan oven stopped producing heat
My fan assisted oven stopped producing heat and I was about to buy a new one from curry’s and pay for fitting. It’s the week before Xmas so times wasn’t in my side. I found ransom spares whilst searching for Why the heat doesn’t work but fan does. They had a very useful video and instruction of why it would have happened. So it gave me the confidence to order the heat king element which the instructions explained how so I got the correct one. Also the video showed how to fit it. I paid for next day delivery which, unfortunately didn’t turn up. I emailed and they apologised and refunded the delivery payment. I received the part the day after which like the video took me 10-15 mins to fit. Great instructional video and written instructions. And to be fair it was probably the fault of Royal Mail re the delivery. Very happy customer Thanks

Did the job,Oe part cheaper and faster than the manufacturer
Bought this £5.00 cheaper than the manufacturer charges on their site,part came next day (whereas manufacturer takes 3-5) and fitted same day. Ramsom is my go to for appliance spares.

Simple replacement job
Very straightforward replacement in our Zanussi ZCV66030XA fan oven (after watching a couple of videos online). All done from inside the oven, so no need to move it. Took about 15 minutes - longest bit of the job was finding the right Torx head. Undo four crosshead screws to remove cover plate. Undo four Torx screws to remove old (exploded) element. Disconnect wires (straight pull on the connectors), remember no to let wires disappear down inside of oven. I attached a long bit of string just in case. The connectors fitted easily and firmly, everything screwed back together nicely. Thoroughly recommended as replacement element for this type of oven.

Great oven element
