Oven Heating Element
Our main oven element had unfortunately broken so we ordered this one from ransom spares. The website is so simple to order from and delivery was as expected, very quick and came within 2 days which is what we needed. The part was exactly as described and was a perfect fit and easy to install ourselves! 10/10 across all elements of the order!

Great to have spares for these old cookers
Great to have spares for these old cookers, element went so i refurbed mine. Cleaned the door, fixed the light, had a new thermostat last year and it's one of the most accurate ovens i've had. A new oven would have cost twice as much as the old one!

Oven element
The AEG oven element near the fan burned out, so I ordered a replacement from Ransom Spares. We got it in a day or two, and it would have been easy to fix but for the tightly impacted screws holding the back plate. A tool with leverage that can get into the confined space was required.

It worked, but was not easy to fit
The screws for the cover plate were hard to get off and I despaired of removing the screws that hold the element. Once the screws were off it was relatively easy to change the element and screw everything back together. The element took about a week to stop smoking. Works perfectly now.

New Element
Was all fine, bit of a pain to fit but mainly because the standard poor Zanussi design of the oven than this piece of kit, delivery was quick. Website on order could work a bit better
