Exact match for faulty oven element
Easy to find the right part once I had the model number of my John Lewis oven. The exploded diagrams on the website helped. Lifting the oven out and holding it steady whilst the replacement was executed required two people. The screws on the oven needed a special tool. A six pointed star Bit for a screwdriver set. However, the actual element was easy to replace and worked perfectly.

Genuine part, easier to fix than I thought it would be
Oven tripped the circuit and some fault finding determined that the top oven worked, the fan worked on the main oven, but there was no heat. Found videos online as to how to replace the oven element and ordered the part from here as it was a genuine part at a very competitive price. Replacing was easy, having watched the video and our 11 year-old oven is working again like new. Easy website. quick well packaged delivery, very competitive price. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Very easy for anyone of limited experience fitting these. Fitted in about 20 mins and oven back up and running like new.

Got us out of a tight spot
Our fan oven element failed a few days before we were expecting visitors so it had to be fixed quickly. I ordered this part with next day delivery and watched the online video showing how to fit it. It came quickly and was very easy to fit - we were back in business in no time at all and panic over. Excellent service and good advice - highly recommended.

Saved a fortune
