The part was exactly as specified and easy to fit. The video tutorials are extremely useful and help give DIY repairers like me, a lot of confidence. This part was replaced over a year ago and its still working well. I have used Ransom Spares several times and they are very efficient. If you want the part quickly it's worth paying for express postage.

Hotpoint grill element
Item arrived quickly and was easy to navigate the website. Took about 15 minutes to fit and would say it is very very easy to fit

Excellent Product, easy to fit
Bought this to try to fit myself before paying someone to come and take a look at my cooker! I'm not very confident when it comes to fixing things but product was really easy to fit.

Great grill element
One side of our grill element packed in. It was already twisted and well out of shape. Super simple job. Isolate the oven Two screws and four spade connectors Fitting in reverse Voila job done without even taking the oven out. The new element works perfect and seems hotter than the original ?

Super dooper
Yes works and easy to fit unlike Beko appliances. Only thing was the delivery, Royal Mail didn’t have tracking so I didn’t know when it arriving. Great other than that

It's all good here.
The element arrived quicker than expected, was well packaged and fitted my cooker perfectly. Ordering was straight forward and quickly processed. It's great to have toast in the mornings again!!!! The element is good quality and well made. When first used it will smell for a few minutes, this is normal (but don't put your bacon under until the smell abates). This is obviously a coating that has to burn off. Another smooth transaction from Ransom Spares.

Great video advice, great value item
Once again, Ransom Spares has saved me buying a new cooker for the time being. A while ago the oven element failed, and I bought a spare from Ransom, & followed their excellent & straightforward video to replace it myself. Now the grill element has followed suit & failed, and using another of their videos, I've easily been able to pull my oven out of it's fitted unit and replace the element. I don't mind having to buy a new oven if it's really necessary, but Ransom Spares have enabled me to repair it twice so far, so it could well last a few more years yet. It's a good quality part, and well worth the price.

Hotpoint Twin Grill Fix - Much Easier Than I Expected
Everything about this task was really straight forward. Once I found the model number for the cooker, ordering the grill element was simple. It arrived within a few days. I was a bit worried when I started to undo the screws on the back panel of the cooker, but the whole job was completed in 10 minutes. The most difficult bit about it was cleaning the area I'd pulled the cooker out of, which had been untouched for many moons. I'm really pleased that I've managed to repair the cooker for less than £30, when I thought I'd have to buy a new one. Thanks Ransom for an excellent service !

Was looking for grill came across Ransom,as always bit scared when using companys you've never heard of,but must say they were cheaper,and delivery was quick,well happy with this company and will always use them if and when I need parts,even if some parts are more expensive than other companys.
