Twin grill element
My grill hasn’t worked for years but I put off replacing the element because I thought it would be a difficult job. I took confidence in the fact that I’d previously replaced the oven element and took to plunge. Glad I did as it was so easy to fit and now I have a usable grill! Having purchased 2 parts from Ransom now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Parts arrive quickly and their customer service is great.

Easy fix
So the grill element in our cooker had dropped off the fixing points either side of the top oven and deformed due to the heat meaning it couldn't be slotted back in place. Did a quick search on YouTube and found instructions for replacement which as it happens was done by ransom spares. Went to the website, ordered the part which arrived within a few days, re- watched the vid, fitted the part and happy days I now have evenly cooked bacon again. Very happy with the service will definatley use again. :)

Great item
Bought the item because the original one in oven buckled and half of it failed. It was really easy to fit with the oven in situe, just remove two screws, pull out, and pull off 4 spade connectors to remove the broken part. Then fitted the replacement part by doing the opposite. All done in about 15-20 mins. Very easy.

If I can fit this, you can!
As a 72 year old grandmother whose experience of repairing electrical items extended to re-wiring a plug, I was really nervous about attempting to fit this twin grill element. I watched the installation video, made a few notes and just followed the instructions, it really is that easy. Not only do I now have a twin grill element working as new... I progressed to fitting a replacement fan motor and heating element too, and all work perfectly.

Excellent Product,excellent service
Ordered delivered next day, element seems quality of original one. From start to finish i.e. web search for replacement element, visit site find said element read reviews order, take delivery and then fit, it really was that simple, Ransom Spares is now my go to for replacement of such things, great service, great product fitted it for my son and daughter in law, they now very happy as they can have grilled bacon again, ha ha. Definitely will recommend Ransom Spares, as stated 1st class service and goods.

Easy to install
This was a carbon copy of what I had installed and was literally 2 screws to undo and then the spade connectors to pull off and the reconnect them to the new one and two screws back in. As simple as that. Bacon Butty here we come!

Great service
After ordering the part I required I went onto Ransoms you tube page for the Installation video which was very informative i was very happy with the quick delivery and After following the video the part was very easy to fit. thank you i really hope I don't require any parts for a while but when I do I won't hesitate to use Ransoms again

Great product easy fit I’m an electrician by trade so often fit oven elements & white goods parts for clients this part was exact like for like fit easy fit & probably saved the client £400 for built in oven by replacement now will last probably another 5 if not more years

Easy to fit
Bought one of these to replace the grill element in our Hotpoint DHS53X and I couldn't believe how easy it was, didn't even have to take the oven out, just turn the mains off, unscrew the old element (2 screws) pull it forward and pull off the crimp connectors on the 4 prongs of the element. Then reverse the process with the new element. Took me 10mins. It works great and seems a lot hotter than the old one too!

Great service
Arrived very quickly and seems to be good quality. With the help of google it took about 10 mins to fit and has been working fine for a couple of weeks now. Had several spare parts from here now and never been let down.
