HOTPOINT OVEN 2660W TWIN GRILL ELEMENT
Part was easy to find on Ransom website. Ordering process was simple. Part arrived a few days later. Carefully removed old part, taping the wires so that they didn't drop behind the oven wall. Connected and fitted the new part. Tested. Worked perfectly.

Replacement grill element for Indesit cooker
I researched this element and it is a genuine replacement for our Indesit cooker so when I compared it to the defective element it was indeed identical. The old one was a bit tricky to remove but that was the difficult part, the replacement was simple to install. It was delivered promptly and at a reasonable price and so far I am very pleased with the outcome. I will certainly consider using Ransome again in the future although hopefully the cooker will continue to perform without the need to replace any more elements!

Fitted like a glove,
Very good experience, other than getting one wire off, where the cooker manufacturer had put it upside down thereby putting the release tag underneath, everything went smoothly. The wires have female terminals,which need the release tags lifting to pull off. The element was a perfect fit, and is working well. Quick delivery at a reasonable cost.

Easy Peasy
I have given this five stars all the way through because I cannot fault any part of the service. The bonus was the video showing how remove and replace the product. I only wish that my cooker was as clean as the one in the video! I do not want to be a returning customer, (everything should last a lifetime), but, if necessary, I'll be back.

Just what I needed and at a good price.
Initially I tried to get the part fitted by by local white goods supplier’s service department but they fobbed me off with telling me they couldn’t get the required part for at least three months. So, after looking on the internet and finding Ransom Spares had the part in stock and even a video showing how easy it was to fit I ordered the part and it was a doddle to fit, taking less than half an hour. I guess the white goods supplier were more interested in selling me a new oven than providing the service I wanted. Thanks Ransom Spares for your great service, you saved me a fortune.
