We received the part at the earliest opportunity, but unfortunately it didn't work after fitting it, so after a call to your service team, a new one was in the post that same day and was delivered within 24hrs.It was installed by myself the next day and worked perfectly, thank you.

Good product.
Element arrived within 3 days by standard Royal Mail delivery which was fine. The how-to video explains most of the fitting. The clips that hold the element in place don't just pull apart. A tiny screwdriver can lift the metal button and release them from the element. This might of been mentioned in the video but I didn't want to watch it twice. Putting the new element in required a long screwdriver to tighten the screws home,a moderately tricky job. Good service, easy to find the correct part and good price.

Easy fit
Simple to order, paid for 24hr delivery and arrived next day which was a Saturday. Simple fitment, video was great help. Will be using random spares again when required due to all reasons stated. Excellent

Great product poor delivery
It took a week to receive the item. Delivery by Royal Mail was extended 24hrs. as I had to queue up at the Delivery Office to receive the part. We were out at time of delivery. Could they (RM)not either leave with a neighbour or put on back door step or place in recycling bin? All the other mail order delivery companies do that. Product was fitted easily. Helped by informative video on Utube. Regards Derek

Exactly What I Wanted

Genuine part easy to fit
Genuine part delivered quickly. Easy to fit by removing 2 screws inside grill which hold element in place. 4 wires on element which just pull off old one and push back on new one. Screw back in place - job done 5 mins.

The grill element was easy to find on the ransom spares site - also easy to order. Delivery was really quick, considering it was just before Christmas. I had to ask my son and friend to fit for me - as I wasn't really sure how to fit it.
