Product easily identified and ordered
Thanks to Ransom's video showing what to do we ordered the cooker element which was delivered on the day stated. We were able to refit the element and get the cooker up and running again. Definitely pleased with everything and saved us money. Thanks again Ransom

perfect replacement but one snag...
The video showing how to fit an element was invaluable, but the one thing not mentioned is that the old screws may have corroded, which makes extracting them very tricky: I had to drill the heads out. Once the old element was removed it was a doddle. Luckily I ordered a new set of screws, but note that they have a particular head which needs the correct (star-shaped, don't know the technical term) screwdriver.

Easy to fit

Satisfaction
Having researched the web for a suitable replacement element for our old Neff oven I eventually came across your website. Everything is clearly laid out and easy to follow, especially important are the relevant sizes for fitting. The element we ordered arrived propmptly and I was able to fit it without any trouble. We now have a fully functioning oven again. Thank you.

easy to fit
Great service, value for money product. Once I had details that the new element only needed two terminals as the earth was no longer needed, it was straight forward with the fitting. Overall the service from order to fitting was all straight forward with great assistance through the on line video of how to fit.

Suitable replacement
An identical replacement product for the faulty original, easy to fit, proof of the product ie quality will be how long it lasts

Much easier than I expected
When my wife said that the cooker wasn't working I feared the worst. However, I googled the issue "my oven doesn't heat up" which took me to a u tube video of what to do to replace the heating element. This linked into ransom spares where I ordered the required element. It arrived within 2 days and within 30 mins I had removed the old one....I could see it appeared burnt at the end and then fitted the new. Hey presto it all worked great and my, did I earn some brownie, hero points? Great video, great price, better site than others to ensure I was ordering the right part [by entering the model no. Of the oven] and we're all happy. Certainly recommend.

Great value product
As per other reviews, the packing was non existent - surely something can be done here to stop it rattling around in the box. That said, it was easy to fit and so far has worked a treat, not to mention saving me 75% on calling out a repair man.
