Great product, easy to fit

Saw the video on u tube and thought I would try to fit a new heating element myself. The compatibility check was very easy as was the ordering process. The new element arrived on time and in top condition. The fitting process went exactly as per the video and was trouble free. The whole process took about 30 mins and the oven works like a dream! Thanks to the video I attempted something I would never have thought I was capable of doing! Thanks RansomSpares!

So Far So Good

Watched the video by these guys on Utube how to fit a replacement thermostat in Neff oven. Ordered the part and it was delivered promptly, followed the instructions and hey presto......saved myself £110 call out fee plus labour , Result !. One week later everything still going fine . Excellent value

Having shopped around for a replacement element, I came across this product and it was priced much lower than others I'd seen. The quality is excellent, and it was easy to fit (to be fair, I had a friend fit it (!) but he said it was very straightforward). A++++ !!

Good replacement

I bought this product to replace a malfunctioning Neff element because it costs way less than the branded equivalent. It came very fast and was easy to screw back in place. At first I was a bit worried because the two circles weren't parallel and the far support piece looked slightly distorted, but in the end it works just fine.

Cooking again

This is the second element we have had from Ransome spares for this oven, there seems to be a problem with the oven keep blowing them as we have had to have 4 new elements since we had the oven!. The first two times we had someone out to do it at vast cost so the third time I decided having watched the repair person doing it I could give it a go myself. I ordered the element from Ransome it came quickly and my daughter and I fitted it (it was a bit fiddly) and the oven was fixed. This time when the element went I was an old pro, I ordered it from Ransome on the standard delivery, was very impressed at the speed it arrived and it took me 10 minutes to fit with no issues at all. Really pleased with service I have received from Ransome.

Great Product at a great price

After my usual internet research I came upon Ransoms for the oven element I needed for my Neff oven The price was better than anywhere else and the item came well packed and on schedule. Another bit of internet research showed how to remove the old and fit the new element so happy days all round! At £13.95 plus delivery and 10 minutes to fit it was a fraction of the price of getting the repair man in!
