How does your oven fan element function?
This fan element generates and distributes heated air across the oven cavity. As electricity passes through your oven, it converts the electrical energy into heat, allowing your oven to reach and maintain the optimum cooking temperature.
With this even distribution of heat, you can cook your favourite meals thoroughly and precisely whether you're baking, roasting, or grilling them.
Why does it need replacing?
The high heat the fan element is exposed to during cooking can cause it to degrade or malfunction over time. It's probably time to replace the fan element if you observe uneven heating, lengthier preheating periods, or variable cooking results.

Easy to fix
Burnt fan oven heating element is very simple to fix, it takes about 5 minutes so anyone can give it a go. This is second time I exchanged it, the last one lasted more than 4 years which is fair enough. I can recommend.

Correct size & very easy to fit
As stated in the www site spec details, this element was fully compatible with my Neff Circotherm oven that is now over 19yrs old, when the OEM fan element failed and tested open circuit, with no visible failure. It was very easy to fit dimensions being totally correct and it works OK, but it’s only been a week - so I have no experience of how reliable it is or how long it will last, which should be at least 2 years - or it will not be ‘fit for purpose’. So with that assumption 5* ratings are justified. Visually quality looks good, it works & is the correct resistance exactly for the stated wattage at 230V. At this price if it lasts minimum of 5 years till 2030, when the oven is 25yrs old, then I deem it to be good value. Service good & delivery prompt. No connection with the supplier - just a consumer with a failed oven that searched for an inexpensive spare part & found it.

Works perfectly
The replacement element works perfectly. I needed to have a torx (is this how you spell it?) screwdriver and remove the shelf backets and door before I could get to the element. The oven guide explains how. Once I had worked this out it was straight forward. Part is a perfect sized replacement.

Perfect replacement for my Neff U1422S0GB/03 Main Oven Easy to fit Just switch oven off at the mains Remove internal backplate (4 Torx screws) Remove element screws (3 Torx screws) Carefully pull forward and remove 2 electrical terminals Then attach new element, simples

Help please :-) On removing my old element it had 3 spade connectors with one of them appearing to be an earth to the bracket but the new element only has 2 spade connectors (no earth to the bracket). I'm sure I read somewhere that on most ovens the earth is no longer need and can be taped up and just pushed back, is this correct. Oven is NEFF U1410W0GB/06 (circa 1999)

Hi Nick. You are right regarding this, a lot of old Bosch and Neff ovens had the earth tags which are no longer required. We recommend you get an electrician to safely secure away the earth connection for this, once this is done just put the element in like normal and it will work fine.
