Great value for money

I bought this replacement element after being very impressed with the web site, the online video guide on fitting the part, and the fantastic support given to me before finally purchasing. me being terrible at DIY, was going to buy a new cooker, then checked on random spares website where saw the video of how to change an element, and link to compatible element for my cooker. Came well packaged , and changed the element in about 15 mins. Highly recommended

replacing an oven element

Great tutorial, and product, helped me successfully fix my oven. Delivery could have been better the postal service could ring when they arrive so I can come to the front door to collect the item rather than taking it to the depo which I then have to wait 24 hours and walk a mile to collect, or they could leave it with a neighbour, which could be agreed in advance.

It did the job

It was exactly as described and arrived the next day (I paid for the express delivery). Fitting is a bit fiddly but that's more down to oven design. It's worth finding out how to remove the oven door to get better access - it's often quite easy. It appears good value for money - only time will show how long it will last.

easy to install, works fab and fantastic price, got cooker working for under £15 highly recommended, quick delivery only downside thought packaging could have been a bit better, needs a bit more protection for part but overall very very pleased.

Quality of Service to be proud of.

I had the dilemma as many have in the past,where the Fan element on my Oven had blown. The ease of ordering a new part was quick and easy with Ransom spares. I searched on the web sites for a company to order a part quickly,and this company were tops and stood out. I recieved my part(s) the next day and was kept fully informed via mail and text of the order delivery. I cannot fault them and will definately use their services in the future if required. I can now rest easy to not shop around and use them as a one stop shop. Strongly recommend their services, as goods and prices are very very competitive

Very easy to fit and the failed item was weak anyway (low temp) saved me buying a new cooker Will use your sevice next time Advice ! to others do not assume that a new oven bulb (light) will fit the one I got locally was too long !
