Great economic option
Product arrived within the week. Easy to fit. Oven works again. Much cheaper option than the £45 odd fee for an engineer 5 years ago, assuming it will last more than a couple of years. If you're not desperate for a same/next day repair, this is a great option. Assume quality is comparable to branded.

Replacement heater element for cooker
I ordered the element for the Hotpoint cooker online and received it two days later. It was well packaged and no damage occurred during delivery. It was a straight replacement for my old element and has worked as it should do. I decided to go for the cheaper non-original part and encountered no problems whatsoever. Long term durability is not known at this time. Overall, would recommend Ransom spares.

I thought i was going to have to buy a new cooker! Looked online at possible causes,that led me to ransom. Product came as expected. Easy fitting,works fine. Alot less than the price of a new cooker

Does the job well, easy to fit.
Was delivered within 2 days and I fitted this element in my lunch hour. Seems to be working just fine, no different from the higher priced element from Creda. Good Value.

Simple fitting oven element.
Does what it is meant to do.Worthy investment great price! (BUT I can't give 5/5 for quality till I know how long it lasts!:) ) - to keep an elderly oven going even longer - and me! Thanks guys and gals.

Great price and sent quickly
Oven broke on Xmas day 2012, lucklily after dinner was cooked. Searched for part and was getting prices 4 times than from this site. Ordered and paid a little extra for next day, even though it was boxing day came two days later and was fitted in 10 mins, has worked perfectly now for 2 weeks would recomend both part and website
