Ordered this product after typing in the problem with the oven and it came up with Ransom spares and a video of how to change the element. Was a brilliant help so we ordered the part - arrived as promised and we managed to change the element ourselves and now all working fine. Brilliant Company. Have used previously and will be using again!

Really like this product it's the third part i've ordered from the site and they have all worked and fitted correctly. The site is very helpful and the technical help team are excellent. All products are at a reasonable price.

Spot on product, very easy to fit

Part was 30% cheaper than on Hotpoint's own website, who were out of stock anyway. Very easy to fit, took an amateur like me 15 mins in total.

FAN ELEMENT

This is the 3rd FAN ELEMENT ive had to buy from here they only seem to last a couple of years. but that goes for the original 1 in the oven when i purchased it new. These replacements seem a little hotter than original. Is that a good thing 50/50. But overall easy to fit (just don't let the wires fall back inside the holes when unclipped from element!) and a good cheap way to keep the oven working. Would thoroughly recommend using them.

Easy to replace

A very useful You Tube video made this a very easy job. The price was very competitive, delivery good and the product does what it's supposed to do. I'll recommend Ransoms to my family & friends if I ever hear they are after any household products or advice on how to repair\replace them.

This cooker element was bought to replace one installed nearly five years ago (also bought via Ransom's)5 years of cooking for under £20 and about 10 mins fitting can't be bad. excellent service prompt delivery and good product at a competitive price.

Ransoms delivered original manufacturer oven element as required, when they said. Well packaged, easy to install, as its an original part. Customer very happy too. Ransoms website is one of the best for finding appliance parts, with good pricing and service. Have used them again today.
