Novice fitter, fitted with ease!
I have never replaced anything on my cooker but the you tube video provided inspired me and it took little more than half an hour to get my oven working again and for just the cost of the part ! VERY satisfying.....

Great element, shame about the oven!
Diagnosed failed oven element easily and quickly. YouTube video made replacing it look easy. Found Ransoms had spares readily available and very very reasonably priced. Ordered and delivered by 1030 next morning. If it hadn't been for one of the four retaining screws in oven backplate being difficult enough to require WD40 (not a particularly pleasant prospect inside an oven!) and a couple of hours of patience, the job would have been complete in 10 minutes. A good job done promptly thanks to Ransoms.

Very good product
I called local repairs service to fix my oven and they wanted £90 lol, what they did not know was that I had gone on Rasoms website and got the low down. The site is very very helpful and professional. They explained everything that was needed to understand the problem and the methods to employ to fix it in a very simple manner. What a saving
When your oven suddenly stops working you fear the worst...a new oven at enormous cost. This was saved thanks to Ransoms easy to find and easy to fit new heater element. Delivery even in present difficult times was quick and fitting was easy and took only half an hour. Can't speak too highly of them. Thank you.

Perfect!
This part fitted my Hotpoint over perfectly and was really easy to fit. Oven is now heating to within 1 or 2 degrees of the required temperature.
