This was a like for like element

Easy website to order from Found the parts needed and also showed other elements that could be used as an alternative. Process to purchase very easy Shipped on Time but unfortunately shipped by Evri and that’s when the order went wrong. Website showed Royail mail which is usually next day but Evri delivered 5 days later Spoilt a great 5* review Fez

I cannot find my oven serial no. It is not on it. It is more than 10 years old. It is a Hotpoint built in double oven. There is no earth wire on the element only blue and black terminals. Not sure which one to order.

I cleaned my oven and now it keeps tripping the whole house when I try to turn the oven actually on, the fan and light are fine. Help .
