Did the job and for a great price
The item came pretty quick even over standard shipping. It was the perfect match and works well. The price was great too. Thank you. If I could mention one thing though it would be to pack the items better with more padding. The prong terminals were bent on one side of the element. It did not affect the connecting as I slowly bent them back straight.

great product ,easy to fit and 100% customer service
Have used ransom's before as as usual they came up trumps. Part was available and received quickly. Their online video showed me exactly what to do. They answered a query I made about the product almost by return of email. Can't recommend the product and company highly enough!!

Always use OEM spare parts
Not much to say really. Exact fit as one would expect as oem part. Easy to install and worked as expected. I actually watched the tutorial as well just to be on the safe side.

Perfect replacement
Got this to replace a broken element in my oven, took a few minutes watching YouTube videos to figure out what to do and almost as much time swapping the parts. Works perfectly, would recommend.
