Part come but didn't match the photo. Original element had only two tags but new element came with four. Phoned customer services who was very helpful and explain it was the newer element that can be used as normal by just connecting 1 wire to to each side to 1 tag.

Fan oven element

Excellent part, easy to fit
Oven stopped heating, but fan still ran. Built-in unit. Very easy to fit – simply pull appliance out of housing, unplug, then job can be completed with a screwdriver. No special tools needed. Element a perfect fit, and easy and safe with a little common sense, but no need for special electrical qualifications.

Great replacement part
I bought this piece in the hope that it would fix my oven which couldn’t warm up. The part came quickly and did the trick. After watching a quick video the change isn’t too difficult, even for a non DIYer! Just watch out for the connector cables - if they fall down the back of the oven you have to pull the whole unit out!!

Worked a treat, easy fix
Our Hotpoint cooker fan oven stopped heating. It seemed as though a faulty heating element was the most common reason for this. Some help sites showed that you could tell a faulty element by it bulging out of shape. But several said it could still be faulty even if there were no obvious signs. None on ours. So at £20 or so, a replacement seemed a good risk to try and see if it works. Very easy to remove old one and replace with new. All accessed from inside the oven on our Hotpoint anyway. A few screws, had to look carefully at how the wires were secured via slide on spade connections wire to element. All done in minutes, cooker started to heat up when powered back on and clock reset. Easy job, cheap result. Good part supplied to make it happen.

Good value product easy to fit.
After our oven stopped heating up I watched a YouTube video by Ransoms and saw that replacing the element was a straightforward procedure. I promptly ordered the part following the very easy menu. The part arrived in a couple of days and was fitted in 15 minutes. Saved a fortune in electrician charges.

Exactly what was needed to get us up and running again
Good product that has kept an old oven running for many years without the higher cost of getting repair services in or replacing the whole oven. Easy enough to fit if you've watched the YouTube videos. The price has been a bit high in the past (nearing £25), which with the delivery charge on top (£3.95) can be a bit much, especially if you need it in a hurry (£6.95 next day). Seems to have gone down recently, which seems better value for money. Overall, we're happy with the product and would buy again when needed.

Great product easy to fit
My cooker stopped heating up so after a bit of research I found this part. The item was a really good price and arrived really quickly. Even better there was a video to watch which shows you how to fit a new element. Really easy fix saved me a fortune. Highly recommend company

INDESIT FID20 MAIN OVEN ELEMENT
My Main oven was not heating up-and just blowing warm air-so after me seeing a video of oven issues on YouTube----i decided the problem was the circular 'Fan Oven Element'--and beware, there are quite a few of these elements fo sale on the internet-most cheaper than this one i purchased--but this is the only one i came across that is ORIGINAL in design and make--i sent for this item and paid extra cost for next day delivery-and sure enough-was here the morning after.--and after the demonstration i viewed on YouTube-i first SWITCHED OFF the cookers main electrical switch--then first began to un clip the oven door-then (---------) the backplate with four screws, then (----------) (with 2 screws) the old circular 'Fan Oven Element'-and carefully un clipping the two electric wires---and then replacing the electric wires onto the new element-then (--------) it to the back of the oven then replacing the element cover backplate, then clipping back the door which is a bit fiddly -but with perseverance got it back on in line,--then when all was double checked, i switched ON the MAIN electrical cooker SWITCH-and all is now back as it should be-Our cooker is now working like a new one-just hope it stays that way. I have purchased quite a few items from this company 'RansomSpares' over the years-and all been excellent service and original items.
