Speed of Service is Tremendous
The part was slightly cheaper than other suppliers. What sets Ransom apart is the speed of delivery. I was trying to cook my Friday night pizza when the cooker element went. I ordered the replacement about 6pm ish. The replacement arrived on Sunday in the late afternoon, 15 minutes later the new element is fitted and WHAM, it's pizza time. It was a doodle finding the right part on there website as well.

Great product, easy to fit
Took less than 5 minutes to install and works great, very happy. Delivery time was a joke though, so no oven for more than a week

It works
My fan oven stopped working and after watching a few youtube videos I decided that it was probably the element that had died. I ordered a new one from Ransomes and about 4 days later it arrived. It was a simple 5 minute job to replace it on my oven after watching how to videos on youtube. I've ordered a few other parts from Ransomes recently and they've arrived promptly. I'll use them again.

Oven Element
The replacement element was easy to order once I had the serial number of the oven. The product was delivered within 3 days of ordering. Fitting was reasonably straight forward. Very good service from Ransom

Website, video, product and delivery almost spot on. Delivery As it says it takes a little longer to get to PA23! Fitting Being a freestanding cooker, it's not that easy to fit, once you lie in face up!, and you do need special screw driver head which isn't mentioned in the video. (used bluetack to check what it was..) Ransomes well done
