Speedy delivery
My oven element burned out on Saturday 22nd of December which i ordered the same day, it arrived the day after Boxing day. Which i thought was excellent considering that delivery was delayed by Christmas holiday. Many Thanks. Mike

Product perfect and easy to fit.
Ordered this part for Sons oven. Had a few problems with delivery due to being sent by Royal Mail during Christmas Post took ten days for original part to arrive. Ransom Spares customer service did send another part out when I hadn't received original after 7 days, but that went to Royal Mail again and took another 5 days to arrive. People should consider how urgently they need the parts and the time of year when considering the delivery costs, would have been far less stressful if we had paid for Express delivery initially. But overall the service was great and the part was perfect and fitted easily, in time for Christmas dinner

Great replacement, very easy to fit
My oven stopped heating up so I ordered this replacement element. 4 screws to remove the cover, 2 screws to replace the element. Within 15 mins the oven was back in business. Spot on!

Just what was needed.
When the oven failed to heat I ordered a new element from Ransom Spares. It arrived in 3-4 days and was easy to fit using the on-line video.

Great service all round.

Exactly what I needed
When the air in the oven was coming cold only I was not sure where to start... quick internet search and a new fan element was exactly what I needed. Replaced the old part in 20 mins and got some credentials at home for being my dexterity (which clearly is not the case!)
