A quickly solved problem
Oven element went in the week before an op. Replacement there on day of op, able to fit it 3 days later. Thankfully access was from the inside of the oven and not behind it, so easy to fit (no moving involved). Thanks for the quick turnaround.

easy to fit
Oven would trip electric when hot .So googled why? recommended to change heating element .You Tubed how to do this on a Zanussi cooker .4 screws to remove heat plate at back of oven. 2 screws to remove heating element ,pull off wires and push back on new element . While I was down there I change my light bulb and gave my oven a good clean .Saved my self a lot of money. The part is working brilliantly and the postage was so quick . The hardest part was getting back up of the floor .Not bad for a woman

AEG Fan element
This was an authentic AEG / Electrolux replacement part which was cheaper than the generic part that was being offered by my local kitchen parts centre. Although there was an initial problem with the order being despatched, the customer services sorted it out promptly and even refunded the delivery charge. The online video demonstrating how to replace the fan element was also very useful and as a result I did the job myself saving me £55.

GOOD QUALITY & PRICE
My cooker decided to stop heating up, and I initially thought I would need a new cooker, but a few searches online showed me that it was probably the heating element and could be replaced. Next up was searching for a supplier, and initially, I found places charging ridiculous amounts of money for the part, and taking weeks for delivery. Thankfully, Ransom Spares popped up and from showing you a video on how to do things, the ease of finding a compatible part for my cooker, and a very acceptable price, it was a no-brainer to give them a try, and after a few days the part arrived in a sealed bag, and was fitted by a Luddite like myself with ease, and I am now back with a fully working cooker again! I'll certainly recommend this site if anyone ever needs spare parts.

So easy
For barely more than the monthly cost of my recently cancelled protection policy we were able to fix our oven. Just plug and play, so easy. If we'd known this earlier we wouldn't have taken out the policy and saved a fortune!

Oven element
My wife turned on our Zanussi fan oven one evening and the breaker on the distribution board tripped out, on resetting it the oven thermostat light wouldn’t go out so a quick check on Google pointed to a broken element as the culprit. Again a quick search on Google for the part and Ransom Spares had it in stock and it was available for next day delivery. Part arrived, doddle to fit (even for an ancient old fool like myself), job done, brownie points earned and basking in admiration from my easily pleased wife who made me a cuppa as a reward.

Saved a fortune
Was devastated when my Zanussi cooker broke and thought I was looking at an expensive repair. However, after a bit of research discovered that it may be the element and after several shops near me offering potentially matching elements I decided to look online and discovered Ransom, who matched my model with the correct element. The part arrived within a day and was so easy to fit myself after watching a youtube video. This was the best price around ( including postage) and the cooker is working like new.

Fantastic delivery
This replacement element was straight forward to replace following the Ransom video. Hopeful this original manufacturer item will last 12 years like the first one. Oh, and ordered late on a Friday evening and delivered early Monday morning. 10/10 for service.

Easy to fit
Fitted this to a Zanussi that is 11 years old, very easy to fit, but this unit replaces an identical one from Ransom Spares fitted in 2017 which only lasted just over 4 years
