The on/off switch for Henry was the best price I could find, the useful model number checker on the website ensured I bought the correct one, and thanks to Ransom's YouTube video it was really easy to fit. All round really happy.

Simple to diagnose and quick to fit

Well worth a DIY repair since the green switch was clearly at fault after a simple continuity test. The replacement is identical making it very easy to do a direct swap. Fault may have occurred by me always switching OFF while still running full power. Will power down to lower speed before switching off in the future.

Henry/hetty on/off switch

A perfect replacement switch easy to fit, I took a photo on my phone to make sure of the wire positions.

Turns out this wasn't the problem with my henry (I next ordered a new pcb which has bought my henry back to life!) but the website was very easy to use and I got the part in a few days. Will definately use again
