Henry hoover switch
Would normally have assumed that we needed a new hoover. Thanks to the really helpful Ransom YouTube video and online info, we decided that it was worthwhile ordering a switch as it sounded very likely that it would do the job and it did! We feel a real sense of achievement having mended Henry ourselves but only did it thanks to Ransom.

Tight Fit
Seems to be working fine after about 3-4 uses, obviously time will tell. The RS Youtube video worked a treat, but lacked diagnostic info (how to work out which part isn't working) so a star knocked off for that.

Easy replacement
Best comparable price, decently quick delivery and was a direct replacement part. The video guide is what made this whole thing superb. We went from discarding our Henry hoover to watching a guide on how to troubleshoot and fix, resurrecting him. Brilliant.

Big thank you to Ransom Spares. Henry was dead and now he lives! Excellent you tube instructions, checked old switch with multimeter and confirmed faulty (this is a double pole switch). Great value replacement part and speedy delivery. Highly recommended.
