We've used Ransom before when the element for the fan oven stopped working a few years ago. So when this happened again I compared the price to other suppliers and this was still the best price I could find so placed the order. As before finding the right part for the appliance, the transaction and delivery were both straight forward and quick. Fitting was easy too - did help that there was a link to a video on 'how to fit....'. Overall a very happy customer, thank you.

saved a fortune
Googled why fan oven wasn't heating and found part needed for under a tenner. You tube showed me how to fit it..in all it was fixed in around 10 mins Oven works perfectly now

Great value for money, this fan motor Element burns red hot now as after testiing my original fan elelement it was kaput AAA+++ Sellers, they answer your questions promptly overall Great Experience, would definitely buy again and again.

Great replacement, really easy to fit
I must say im really impressed with this product, I ordered a replacement before from another supplier which worked really well BUT this one seemed much easier to fit. It works much better then my previous replacement. Easy to order and quick delivery email updates at each stage. Big well done!

Good product, easy to fit
Arrived in good time, was easy to fit and my oven is now working. The part saved me the expense of replacing the oven, which is a relief. (Sunday Roast in the oven as we speak!)
