great product, a very economical repair.
washing machine 4 years old and drum suddenly stopped revolving. machine was unable to turn drum during wash programme or on spin. once motor was removed it was easy to remove old brushes which were worn down to less than 10mm of carbon. easy to check new brushes compatible with bosch machine model no, easy to order new brushes, reasonable delivery time (did not request next day delivery) and easy to fit new brushes. machine started immediately when swiched back on. noisy to start with while brushes bedded in. bushes bedded in ok during 1 spin cycle, now machine just sounds the same as it always did. new brushes look like quality parts.

Washing Machine Motor Brushes
This is a good quality product that are reasonably easy to fit. The brushes are considerably cheaper than the branded items and they appear to perform just as well. Excellent service from Ransom Spares with prompt delivery.

Perfect product
This product transformed my washing machine to it's factory condition having limped along for several months. We had previously unsuccessfully tried fitting a similar part purchased from a competitor but the problems persisted as their product did not appear to be of a very good quality and twice the price!

Extended the life of Bosch Washing Machine for a small outlay
I gave only 3 stars for quality because one of the copper wires came off the blade terminal while I was fitting it. Fortunately I was able to solder it back in place and complete the job. As this fault is not mentioned in other reviews I would accept that this was just an isolated defect. I paid for next day delivery and they arrived before 9.00 a.m. Very good service! Fitting was not too difficult. Whilst a more experienced person could do the job in situ I found taking the motor out easier. The brushes are released by pulling the electrical spade connector off the blade connection then sliding the blade lengthways until the slots in the edge of the blade line up with the housing and one end of the blade comes free. Replacement is the reverse of the above. Make sure the brush has gone all the way down in the slot. Feeding all the spring into the housing was a bit fiddly. Slide the blade back into the slots in the housing and reconnect the spade connector.

Compatible brushes
Ordered this product to try and squeeze a bit longer life from an ailing product. Less than a third of the cost of original brushes The most difficult part of fitting was removing the motor from the machine. The brushes fitted fine and the machine is still running ok at the moment so good result all round with excellent value.
