What does the lever handle of a lawn mower do?

Saved me a small fortune!

Replacement handle
A very straightforward repair . Quick delivery and excellent service EXCEPT that our part of the world seems to qualify for a courier surcharge. This is strange considering we are located absolutely at the heart of fishing and farming, tourism and whisky distilling and of course, oil and gas and offshore / onshore wind generation. Without us, the rest of the country would be significantly at a disadvantage . Yet couriers consider us to be remote notwithstanding we are an hour away from Heathrow and our roads are generally pretty free from congestion. Am I annoyed? You bet I am!
