The part was perfect for carrying out the repair. Unfortunately it was part of a two item order and I was unable to track delivery. Only when I enquired (3 days later) did I find that 1 item was not in stock and had to be ordered from manufacturers. I had to enquire again a few days later before being told it was now in stock. Delivery of both items was 10 days after order. Customer service should have advised out if stock item, and therefore delay in delivery, as an immediate response to the order - they should have also advised on progress without me having to further enquire on situation.

It was easy to spot the correct replacement part in the RansomSpares online catalogue. Delivered securely in good time. Replacement part was an exact match and therefore easy to fit.
