Faultless replacement, easy to fit
Can't fault this transaction, part arrived quickly, was exceedingly simple to fix and worked first time. This was after a so called appliance engineer said the part we needed was no longer available and tried to sell us a replacement dishwasher costing 5 times what this part cost.

Quality part
I always buy genuine manufacturer parts as they often come with all the necessary extra bits. This had a good hose clip included, which you will need, and a plastic bit, which I've fitted but I'm not sure why. Looks identical to the removed plastic bit which didn't need replacing but I'm guessing there's a reason. Machine fully functional again.

Good value product
I bought this heat pump as i was getting the E09 error code which informs you of a heating problem. I knew this as the wash load wasn't drying. Could have bought the Bosch OEM part which was approx £50 dearer, so went for this one. I watched the videos online on how to fit the replacement and it was fairly fiddly getting your hand into the tight space available but managed it ok. Put it back together, loaded the dishwasher and it has been fine ever since, (we use it daily). Very pleased with the outcome and this product.

Saves replacing dishwasher
Bought to replace a failed unit in a Bosch Slimline Dishwasher. Easy to fit without the complexity of some on-line instruction. Simply remove top & right hand panel to reveal the pump, only thing requiring any thought is to remove plug from back of the cabinet as this interlocks the motherboard in place. Once this is done, access is unobstructed and removal/refit is easy. Had had some issues getting admin sorted & Random were excellent in supporting this.

Great product
Everybody hates to hear things like "the pump has gone" when it comes to white goods like your dishwasher but in this it couldn't have been less hassle to get ours fixed with this part that was really easy for our engineer to fit and makes it work just like new !

Hello
My son's machine (SMV50C10GB) runs full cycle but no heat - He has not errors codes, not circuits tripping.
It sounds like we need this pump but concerned no erros codes.
Any advice most welcome

Hi, have Bosch Dishwasher model SMV40C10GB/46.
Heating side fine, very noisy from heatpump area, think just a bearing.
Assume need to replace entire pump.
Does unit come with motor assembly?

Hi is the the temperature thermostat/sensor part of the heat pump or is it separate part. My washer is not heating the water.
