How does the fan element help in heat dispersion in your oven?
When an oven is heated, the fan element draws air from the oven and passes it over the heating element to raise its temperature. It circulates the heated air throughout the oven cavity.
This forced convection ensures a consistent flow of hot air and has a more uniform heat distribution around the food.
Why do fan elements fail?
Fan oven elements deteriorate or cease to function properly with the intense heat generated during cooking. If you observe that your oven is not heating up adequately, takes longer than usual to reach the desired temperature, or exhibits noticeable hot or cold spots, replace the fan element.

Easy to fit
Had a few of these over the years. They are very easy to change which is a plus but the lifespan appears to be only two years. It is however the only element we use in our oven which may contribute to the somewhat short lifespan.
