I needed a new thermostat for a fairley old Indesit oven. After discussing my requirement with Ransomes help desk, even before looking at the defunct thermostat, a replacement item was found. The delivery was slightly longer than discussed, not in stock. Fitting was easy, taking just over half an hour, and worked. Brilliant.
