The part seems of good quality and was relatively easy to fit, the only complication is the need to feed the sensor part through into the oven cavity but this was easier than I first thought.

Lack of heat, not anymore
Purchased both a thermostat and oven element for my Indesit built in oven from Ransom spares and after fitting the thermostat first it has fixed the fault I had of the oven not getting up to temperature via the temperature dial. Great price, service and delivery time, highly recommended.

Easy to fit
Thanks to Kevin from Ransom Spares who got back to me really quickly about which part I needed. Once ordered the thermostat was here in a couple of days. I watched the video on the product page, a few minor differences to puzzle through but nothing major. All in all a really simple fix!

First class part
I purchased this thermostat part for my hot point fan oven it was a doddle to fit it works better now than when the oven was new cant fault ransom spares for a quick delivery and first class service would highly recommend ransom spares to every body that wants a spare part that's good value and easy to fit have used ransom spares now three times for parts for my oven all still working great it's like a new oven now thanks Tip watch there fitting parts videos easy instructions to fit your purchased parts

I watched the video, I bought the product, I watched the video again and I fitted the thermostat with help from my daughter and son in law. It went exactly to plan until we couldn't get the screws behind the temperature control knob undone. Eventually we used WD40 and hit the screwdriver with a hammer to get it to grasp the screws. I'd definitely recommend having a go at replacing your own thermostat. My oven works beautifully now whereas it was far too hot before.
