Great product and service
I ordered this part after my dishwasher stopped working with an E19 error code, and several reviews had said this part could be faulty. The part was easy to order, in stock and arrived quickly. After reading reviews I was expecting the process to be fiddly and take a while to do but the dishwasher was drained, the old part removed and the new part fitted within 30 minutes. No fuss, no mess just one happy customer with a working dishwasher at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Straightforward to fit with the help of internet video
Received notorious E19 code on my Neff dishwasher. Internet suggested it was replacing this part of the whole machine, so i thought i had little to lose. Part arrived quickly and the job was straightforward (the hardest bit was 'unfitting' the 'fitted' dishwasher to pull it out and access to part). Seems to work perfectly now.

No engineer needed
Bosch said for an E19 error code you need an engineer visit. However, this was not difficult to fit and fixed the issue for me. The addition of a small heat shield made fitting the new part a bit of a pain and I didn’t get it quite right first time resulting in a small leak and E15 error code. But once I’d refitted this valve properly and dried up the cut off device the dishwasher has worked a treat since. Dishwasher was 5 years old before this failed so for £20 if I get another 5 years I’ll be very happy

Buy Original Part - with Heat Shield included
I recommend you buy this original part rather than an OEM part as the package comes with a heat protective foil to retrofit the dishwasher. I guess Bosch have finally realised that putting a heat shield between the valve and the heat exchanger to save the valve is a good idea! Other than that, watch the fitting videos and with a little patience the valve is easy to fit. Ransomes sales and delivery process was perfect so no complaints at all.

NEFF DISHWASHER HEAT EXCHANGER OUTLET VALVE
The valve worked fine once I managed to fit it as its quite awkward to install. Jorden at Ransom was very helpful and I really appreciated his help.

Excellent service, but shouldn't have needed it.
Dishwasher just stopped working, fully loaded. ( Error E19! ) Emptied the Dishwasher, washed everything by hand, there was a lot. Verified the part required, found Ransomes to have the best price for the item and a very speedy delivery. I have used them on a few other occasions and always been very pleased with the service. The Bosch Dishwasher is only 4 years old and should not really needed to be repaired, only gets used every 3 days when full. Not a good advert for Bosch.

Identical replacement part
I had a manufacture part that became faulty. This was a genuine replacement, which looked, felt and currently works like the manufacture part. It was very easy to fit and works like a charm
