Good product - great service
I was looking for a replacement front flap for the upper freezer drawer in my Bosch KIV38X22GB(01) fridge / freezer. This part looked suitable, but having checked the RansomSpares website, it wasn't clear whether this would fit. I decided to order one anyway, as I was aware that the item could be returned if unsuitable. The front flap was delivered promptly, but despite being well packaged, it was split in two places. I contacted RansomSpares and was immediately sent a replacement at no additional cost. This item was undamaged and fitted the drawer perfectly. I am very satisfied with the product and highly impressed with the standard of customer service.

arrived in good packaging , product looks good quality , most of all the made sure if it dose not fit , it can be refund it , I will buy again from ransom spares

Perfect fit
We were battling on upgrading our fridge freezer due to wear and tear of various bits. We found this website and decided it was worth replacing the bits we needed. They fitted perfectly, everything was well packaged and very easy to fit in. It looks like a new fridge freezer without the huge expense and better to upcycle. Highly recommend this company

Great item
Ordered replacement freezer drawer front for Bosch freezer. The item arrived promptly but was damaged-bad handling by Post Office. I telephoned Ransom and immediately the lady I spoke to said they would send a replacement. This arrived a couple of days later and was in perfect condition. There was no quibble or argument. Brilliant customer service. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you Ransom. A very very satisfied customer.
