Excellent customer services
I purchased a new fridge front from your company recently. It arrived in reasonable time but was unfortunately chipped. I contacted yourselves with the usual feeling of dread in my stomach, expecting the round after round of excuses and denials and was pleasantly surprised when I received the sort of customer service that the name implies. The staff member to whom I spoke was efficient, professional, polite and....wonder-of-wonders, apologetic for the inconvenience. Genuine parts and quick delivery
Two parts to this freezer drawer but found it very easy to clip together, and much cheaper than other sites I checked out. Would recommend Ransom Spares and use again.

Bosch Fridge/Freezer draw
This product was purchased to replace a broken draw in our Bosch fridge freezer. It arrived by the promised date and was a direct replacement for the broken unit, thanks to the helpful staff at Ransom Spares, easy to fit and presented no problems. a job well done Ransom.

Everything great
The bosch drawer front was exactly as described and a perfect replacement for my broken one. Packaging was good, delivery was fast and, bonus, delivery was by Royal Mail, so when I wasn't in for the delivery I could just nip round to the collection point. Very pleased.

Exact match to other freezer drawer fronts, quick and easy to fit.
Product was exactly what was needed. Fitted very easily and took seconds to fit. Ordered Tuesday 18th December and arrived Thursday 20th - excellent service - and in the run up to Christmas. Also prompt response to our email enquiring about part prior to purchasing. Would definitely use Ransom Spares again should the need arise.

New drawer for freezer
Sourced this company via Google and have been extremely satisfied with both the new drawer front and the service given. The actual drawer had to be ordered separately. I would happily recommend them.
