After watching Ransom's video guide and locating the correct 6 pointed screwdriver, replacing the seal was quite straightforward. The model I own had slight differences to the video but these were easily overcome. A bit of a struggle to fit the sprung wire. Overall, it met all my expectations. Phil

Great quality part, fast delivery, nice video instructions. ... no problem at all to fit, video helped a lot ... saved the cost of getting someone else to fit it . Great deal all round.. will definitely use Ransomspares again.

Bosch Washing Machine Door Seal
Very pleased. Price of this genuine part was cheaper then elsewhere. I opted for the bosch part rather then the cheaper alternative. I was a bit concerned when it didn't have bosch on the packaging, but the part I received was absolutely identical to the old part that I removed from the washing machine. So that out my mind at rest. Fitted in about 1 hour as I had the right screwdriver heads. It needed two different sizes. Job done and been working for several weeks now with no issues. Used the next day delivery too as I needed to do the repair asap. All good. Job done. Followed the online video. Def recommended.

The door seal for my Bosch washing machine was (I think) a genuine Bosch part. the best part of Ransom's service was the online video showing how to fit the part. It was this that made me choose Ransom Spares. Local stockists were both incompetent and unhelpful.

Door Seal Review
Finding the correct door seal was tricky on the website but once found and ordered, delivered very quickly with no issues. No info came with instructions to fit so had to find video on internet.Once found fitted new seal in under 2 hours. Seal came slightly mis-shapen, but doesn't seem to affect its performance.

Good quality product
This door seal was obviously of good quality and when fitted did its job perfectly. However it would have got a 100% rating if there had been instructions with the seal for my particular washing machine. Youtube came to the rescue but with a slightly different model machine.

BOSCH WASHING MACHINE DOOR SEAL
The door seal fitted perfectly, although a little difficult to do do without removing the front panel. It is a job for adults with small hands. The retaining spring was the most problematical item to deal with, even with two sets of hands. Had to overstretch the spring to make it long enough to fit over the seal. Will have to keep my eye on it to make sure a severe out of balance situation does not cause problems. I also fixed the drain problem, duvet cover botton in the drain hose. Now empties ok.

Great Product and Easily Fitted - By a Woman
The seal arrived in double quick time and only took me 30 minutes to fit. I think it is always worth buying branded spares as you know they are going to fit and this seal was no exception. If it lasts as long as the one it replaced (7 years) I will be very happy. Thank you Ransomspares

Perfect Fit
Mashed up old one when cleaning recycling bag, ordered using next day delivery which was brilliant. Had to arrange for an engineer to fit as didn't feel confident but did the job and cheaper than other sites. Back washing my husbands' smalls within 24 hours!
