Replacement dishwasher catch
Dishwasher catch was starting to play up making it difficult to open and close at times. Ordered a replacement and arrived quickly. Simple swap as only held in with one screw. It took longer pulling the dishwasher out from under the surface than fitting the new item. Once installed I have a very satisfying 'click' once again when closing and opening the door. Thanks

Easy to change and fixed problem.
Dishwasher door wouldn't stay closed so ordered a new catch. It arrived very quickly and is a good quality item. Took about 5 minutes to change it and now all working properly.

Excellent. The only reason for for a drop in star rating is the design of the manufactures machine fixing which is ridiculously weak and not designed for refixing therefore required some modification to fix in place

Integrated dishwasher door kept popping open and cycle would stop. Bought this replacement part, fits perfectly, door closes cleanly and easily. Definitely recommend.

Dishwasher latch replacement
Ordered the part after the dishwasher door wouldn’t stay closed during cycle. Installation was ok - needed to pull out the machine to get access to top. Original part held in place by bent metal tabs rather than screws so had to use pliers to bend the tabs out of the way to remove the part. Part worked really well and fixed the door issue.

Great service. Initially I couldn't find the part or to be precise my model of Neff dishwasher. Ransom traced it for me and the part was with me in a couple of days. Sods law is that the original part seems to be working again so haven't had to fit new part yet. It will however be a simple job when I have to

Good Product
Good product and does the job perfectly. Will definitely use this site again for spare parts. Although I paid for express delivery it did not arrive any quicker than the standard delivery, this however may have been due to the current Covid 19 pandemic situation.
