Original manufacture part.
Would ceratinly use Ransom Spares again. When I enquired about a delay in receiving the product, this was looked into straight away and I was immediately advised that Ransom Spares were awaiting deliveries from manufacturer. Deliveries were then received later that day and product was then despatched to me on the next working day. I suggested to Ransom Spares, they should consider notifying customers if any despatching of orders is delayed beyond that advertised.

Hotpoint dishwasher filter unit.
Arrived very quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Exact replacement for original part. Price was much lower than other sites advertising the same part. Would definately us again.

Exactly what I needed
So you have a dishwasher, and one day while cleaning the filter, you tear the micro fine mesh away from the plastic cage. This is the product you need, arrives quickly, fits in seconds. A little annoying that you have to buy both parts to replace just one, but that is a manufacturer bright idea, not down to ransom.

Good product
The filter for Bosch dishwasher arrived quickly and as described. It was easily fitted and performs exactly as it should. The only downside is that I only required the outer microfilter, but had to buy the complete filter unit to get this.

Good quality
Product was exactly right and quickly dispatched. I only needed the microfilter so was a bit annoyed about having to order the complete assembly, but i guess that's business. Would order again.

New dishwasher filter needed.
The previous filter for my dishwasher had completely come apart and required replacing. A similar filter was shown on this website but did not name my particular Dishwasher (Teknik). However, the filter fitted perfectly and is working as expected. The item was sent promptly and well packaged.

Excellent spare part
I have a Bosch ClassicXX dishwasher, quite old but nothing wrong with it - except that the filter had broken. I feared that I would have to replace the whole machine, but then I found this excelllent spare part. It is easy to fit and hopefully has extended the life of the machine by years. My only suggestion would be to sell the two parts of the filter separately in case you only need one or the other.

The right part - first time
I purchased this product absolutely confident that it was exactly the right part for my machine; and so it proved. Usefully, you are able to double check a part is compatible (not all sites provide this confirmatory check). I feel the part was a bit pricey for what it is - but then this seems to be about the 'going rate' these days! I would use Ransom's again.
