Does what it says on the tin....
Nine years ago we had a new kitchen fitted by the now-defunct Kitchens Direct. The "Technik" branded dishwasher is internally identical to a "Neff" branded one as made by the Bosch Siemens Home Appliances company and shares parts. As for the part after 9 years of use the internal filter was starting to disintegrate. The inner filter was easy to replace, the two parts of the outer filter were a little difficult to separate (necessary for fitting), this could have been because of it's newness. However,For this reason I have reduced the "ease of fitting" rating to four stars. You may be able to do it without problems. Other than this a 5 start part.

Bargain! and made a massive difference.
Delivered to Sweden is excellent time. Previous seals went bad and small items were going through cycle leaving dishes and cups dirty, installed this in under a minute and everything is like new!!! Definitely Recommend!

A fast filter
I'm always amazed how many models there are in Bosch's product range. Using Ransom's site I found the part easily and with the help of parts diagrams. I'm tempted to replace more parts before they show signs of wear and breakdown as process is so atraightforward.

Good result!
The support structure of our fine filter (the simple cylinder) had finally disintegrated after c.7 years. Was glad to find a direct replacement online, and Ransom's price was significantly better than others. It arrived when promised, and fitted perfectly.

Ideal replacement

Supplied exactly as specified
A good website, with simple system for locating item required. Good and prompt service. Only regret is that is necessary to buy far more that small part required, thus increasing cost and entailing waste of most of item supplied. But this probably not supplier's fault.

Amazing!
Having spent several weeks accusing everyone of not loading the dishwasher correctly because the crockery/pans weren't coming out clean I discovered the filter was cracked. Oops.Part was cheaper on this website than any other I searched. Filter was easy to order and pay for and was quickly delivered and fitted in seconds and ta da the crockery etc is now sparkling. Problem solved but please don't tell the kids!! Thank you.

Exact replacement
This is a two part filter. The main component which holds all the filters in place is well made and robust. The cylindrical filter on the other hand is quite flimsy. I only needed to replace the cylindrical filter, which had almost disintigrated. The other part was still in perfect condition. However I was unable to buy a replacement for this weak component on its own and consequently the cost was high. Hence my low score for value.

Excellent quality replacement filter
This fully meets expectations of a genuine Neff/Bosch replacement part. It is a pity that the more delicate and more readily worn outer filter is not available separately!
