Great service
We ordered a mesh filter for our ageing Bosch dishwasher that was working perfectly apart from a split mesh filter. All is working as normal now however we had to buy the inner plastic piece as well, which we didn’t need. Whilst the price was not extortionate the plastic piece was surplus to requirements and therefore a waste of money for us and a waste to the environment. We have no complaints about speed and efficiency of delivery. A good company to deal with.

Genuine Bosch dishwasher drain filter assembly
I generally go for genuine parts where I can , simply because I know it’s going to fit and it’s designed to manufactures specs . I only needed the fine inner mesh as it’s plastic had started to break down and the foil mesh was loose , but the filter assembly comes as a full unit (normal these days) Excellent delivery svc considering ordered in covid-19 pandemic times , and a decent price for genuine part , and very, very easy to fit , well pleased , and dishes etc are cleaner and drier on removal than were previously

Great replacement part

More than I needed
More than I needed delivered in a timely manner for a price I was willing to pay. One comment directed at Bosch: it seems somewhat wasteful to require the purchase of the complete filter assembly when all that's needed is the (separate) outer micro-filter.

Economic Solution
Nearly 1 month to deliver to NZ but that's not unusual despite paying 15 quid for delivery. Product fits well but yet to be used in anger ;-) So far so good.

A FILTER DOES MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE
A quality part, easy to fit and at a good price from Ransomes. I only needed the fine mesh filter part but it is not available on its own. Hate throwing away good bits (or paying for them)

Good product
The replacement filter was easy to fit and works well. It comes as two parts, an outer mesh and the inner core. We only needed to replace the former so it's a pity they couldn't be purchased separately.

Fits, but wasteful
Exact replacement for my Neff dishwasher but, as others have noted, only the mesh cylinder was required. Having to buy the complete unit is an expensive irritation and hardly fits in with the current ecological drive.
