Easy fix
I saw someone else fixing an error code with a Bosch Classixx dishwasher using this part from Ransom Spares. For £15 is seemed worth a try. It took longer to pull the dishwasher out that to replace the part and the dishwasher is back working!

The part was exactly what I wanted and works prefect. Unfortunately Ransom took 4 working days before posting the item and this was after I had to call their customer services and then another 2/3 days for delivery poor service

Easy fit, well packaged, good instructions
Once I tracked down the likely cause of my dishwasher problem, I ordered a new reed flow meter from Ransom Spares. It arrived when I expected, well protected, and took me about 15 minutes to do the replacement. All is good now, the dishwasher is working perfectly.

Easy Fitting
From order to delivery, process was really quick. Reasonably priced. Fitting the part was super simple - 10 minutes from start to finish. Cleared E14 fault meaning no need to buy new machine or have to pay for Bosch call-out.

It worked!
Error 14 on our dishwasher suggested this part. YouTube showed me how to take off the panels and fit. And it actually worked! It's mainly just a reed switch. I tested the old one with a multimeter which showed that it switched when a magnet was held near. Bit the old reed switch was probably not as flexible as the new one: which was why the new one cleared the problem - fingers crossed that it keeps working.

Excellent original part
The part was very well packed, the reed switch package mimicking it's position in the machine. Be careful not to stress the covering piece in the machine, when lifting it to replace the reed switch complete on it's PCB. The whole excercise, including removing and replacing the side cover of the machine only took about 15 minutes.

very good service
As I live abroad it is sometimes difficult to source spare parts. I ordered a part from Ransom Spares and was very pleased that they were able to identify the part and also it was delivered within 7 days to my home, will use Ransom Spares again when needed.
