Fantastic Product/Service
After looking around on the net at a couple of spare part distributors for dishwashers, found what I was looking for at Ransom and after reading your other customer reviews, decided you were the company to order from. The replacement Bosch dishwasher upper tray was at a competitive price, when it was delivered it was well packaged, looked good quality and was easy to install. I was relieved when I saw you used DPD as your courier as in my experience this is my preferred courier company Will definitely call back and use Ransom in the future, keep up the great work.

Bosch Dishwasher Upper Basket
Great product, promptly delivered. Be aware that there are no fitting instructions, so remember to the remove the water flow pipe from your old basket and fit to new basket before installation. Would order again from Ransom Spares.

Bosch Dishwasher baskets
When you buy replacement parts you always worry they might be of inferior quality. These are considerably better than the baskets that came with the machine and it now looks like we have a brand new dishwasher. Thank you

Quality product, good service
I was looking for a basket to replace a rusting original in a Siemens dishwasher. The replacement basket came very promptly in well-protected packaging. It's a good quality product, albeit rather pricey, and was no problem to fit. The rollers are smooth and the washer arm works efficiently. This is the first time I've used Ransonspares, but I'm sure it won't be the last!
