Fitted my dishwasher
Delivery was quick and the part fitted into my existing machine without too much trouble. I had to remove the rotating sprayer from the old basket and fit to the new one but this required very little effort. Overall whilst not an identical replacement for my NEFF dishwasher it is fit for purpose and significantly cheaper than other suppliers.

Good product and service
Although I felt the product was overpriced Ransoms still had the best price on-line so that was the main reason for buying from them. Unfortunately when the product arrived it was damaged and not able to fit as it should. A quick e'mail to Ransoms and a replacement was sent within a few days. The correspondence between us was both courteous and professional. In my mind this is the way that all transactions should be done between the seller and the buyer.

So far so good
Quality product. The upper tray has two levels which I discovered by chance when I heard something unhappy in the dishwasher: It was the spray arm banging on the plates below. Soon resolved but no instruction in box.

Good Replacement Part
This dishwasher upper rack is a good replacement for the existing rack that was rusting and broken. It was easy to fit, the difficult part was removing the water system from the existing rack to use on the new rack.

Good product
The basket fits well, it doesn't feel as strong as the original but it will keep the machine working. The plate holders are movable and replaceable which is a great idea as it was just these that had gone rusty on the old basket.

Excellent Bosch Dishwasher Tray
The tray is excellent, improved design and great quality. Ransomes arranged delivery very quickly. Perfect.

better than the original
My upper basket was corroding very badly and contaminating the dishwasher - especially the upper spray arm. This replacement is much stronger and better protected than the original plus has more flexibility in loading i.e. extra adjustable racks. Saved me buying a new machine!

Perfect fit
Perfect fit replacement for a rusted basket. The quality is even better than the original and its configured slightly differently, but in fact appears easier to get even more in!! Fast delivery by Ransom spares. Appears to be an expensive item but in my view well worth the money

Great top dishwasher basket
Great replacement for old Bosch dishwasher upper basket. A bit tricky to take original spray arm assembly off old basket but easy to fit to this basket. Had to remove a couple of the moveable trays as get in the way of everyday items to wash, but no issue doing this. We’ll made so should last a long time. Expensive but still cheaper than other suppliers. Good communications & prompt delivery by Ransomspares.

Quality product

Great replacement for very old dishwasher
I needed a replacement upper basket for an old Siemens dishwasher as the original was beginning to rust through! RansomSpares had all the info on the old model and the replacement fitted perfectly. Only slightly tricky bit was having to remove the upper wash arm fittings, etc, from the original basket. This proved easier than it first looked. Really quick delivery also. All round great service.

Speedy delivery
Expensive item, but compares well to other sellers. Comes with glass and cutlery rack. Better quality than original (thicker spines and more of them fold, but does not stack as well because of it). The difficulty was in getting the spray arm off the old one!!
