Replacement for broken tray
Genuine Bosch replacement, as good as Bosch make which in my opinion is not as good as they used to make

Excellent service, part
This was a replacement for the original that broke. We are more than happy with the service from Ransom, but the Bosch part only lasted about 3 years.

Product good - value poor
All fine regarding product but expensive postage and very annoying to be hit with a £10 phone bill for a 10 minute phone call (8 mins on hold) to clarify the order. Premium rate number is just a con and disappointing customer service.

Bosch under counter fridge
Genuine part fitted in seconds. Well packed and delivered promptly.

Original part, easy fit
The part is identical to the original and presumably will suffer from the same flaw - ie will eventually break where it fits over the support on fridge door, hence 4 star quality rating. 3 star rating for value, though this is Bosch's doing, not Ransomes. Not happy that I had to phone Ransomes after waiting days for the delivery and found that despite paying up front, my order had been lost. Eventually received the part 12 days after ordering.
