Good product, lousy service
The replacement lower bottle shelf for a Bosch fridge was exactly what was needed. Ransoms offered a competitive price. It was eventually delivered intact. So far so good. However, the service was as bad as I have received in the last 5 years. When ordered, the website indicated that it was in stock. After a couple of weeks it had not arrived, so I complained politely, to be told that it was due to arrive in a few days. It didn't arrive then, so I complained again. I was then told that it would be received by you the following Wednesday. On the Sunday before that, I was sent an email stating that it had been despatched. Obviously, the statements were contradictory. So on the Monday, I enquired what was correct . I didn't get a satisfactory answer. Customer service and despatch clearly don't communicate with each other. I did get the part later that week, but overall the service was shocking.

Great product
Broke the main tray on my Bosch fridge and thought it would.not be repairable. Found the Ransom site and quickly identified the part. The price was very competitive and a genuine part from Bosch. Ordered it easily online and it arrived within a couple of days. It fitted perfectly and I am chuffed. I’ll be back in similar circs for all my spare parts
