Service Great and easy install
Service from Ransom Spares was great and it was easy to fit the replacement. Worked first time! Value for money isn't great as the part looks like it would cost < £1 to produce. But that's probably manufacturer margin.

Drying probe
Bit fiddly to fit But I replaced the heater element the toc thermostat and this drying probe All for under the cost of the washing powder Very good experience with ransom spares Delivery time even during lockdown was as stated at time of ordering Will defo use again for any appliance

Great value for money, was difficult to fit as the manufacturer made it difficult to get the bold off, this is not the fault of ransom spares.

Great part, but a major pain to fit in my WDYN9666PG
This part is great, worked well and helped solve the problem with my WDYN9666PG filing with error code 11 in Tumble-dry mode. It was a real pain to it though, due to a design problem with the machine itself. I don't know how the put the bolts in at the factory, but they are both so close to the edge of the recessed hole that the part fits in that you cannot get a socket or spanner to fit over the bolt. This was a bodge-it job with pliers to both undo and do up again. The part, however, once fitted, solved the problem.
